This initial research for candidates—also called name generation—produces contact information for potential candidates, whom the recruiter can then discreetly contact and screen.
Our Recruitment Service considers the overall process designing the recruitment process, developing profiles, designing testing, and selection tools attracting, shortlisting, selecting and appointing suitable candidates for jobs (either permanent or temporary) within an organization. We also manage payroll, employee benefits, and onboarding for contract employees.
